2. Booking and Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and our confirmation. By placing a booking, you agree to pay the total amount specified for your stay. You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.

• Check-in: Room access is available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.
• Check-out: Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made within the time frame specified during your booking process. Failure to cancel within this period may result in a charge equal to the first night's stay or the total cost of the booking, depending on the specific rate booked.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards staff and other guests. You are liable for any damages caused to hotel property by you or members of your party during your stay. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if your behavior is deemed unacceptable.

Unless otherwise indicated, the website and its contents, including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, and underlying source code, are our proprietary property and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6. Limitation of Liability
